THIS IS SUCH A GORGEOUS WHITE FEATHER SHOULDER SHRUG. THIS IS LINED IN WHITE WHITE A DISCRETE HOOK CLOSURE AT THE CENTER. THIS IS WORN OVER YOUR SHOULDERS OR DRAPED HIGH AROUND YOUR NECK AS A COLLAR. IT IS IN GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION WITH SOME LITE SHEDDING OF THE FEATHERS. WHEN LAYING FLAT AND NOT ON IT HAS A SLIGHT TWIST THAT FLATTENS WHEN ON.
THIS IS A TRICKY PIECE TO MEASURE SO I WILL MEASURE IT CLASPED AND LAYING FLAT. PLEASE NOTE BELOW FOR SIZING.
