THIS IS SUCH A SWEET AND SEXY VINTAGE COSTUME. IT GIVES ME CLOWN VIBES BUT IS JUST A SWEET VINTAGE SET. THIS IS FROM AROUND THE 50'S - 60'S I WOULD GUESS. IT IS A HANDMADE PIECE SO THERE ARE NO TAGS. THE TOP IS FULLY OPENS AND CLOSES IN THE BACK. THE SKIRT CLOSES ON ONE SIDE AND HAS MATCHING SHORTS ATTACHED UNDERNEATH. I ADORE THE BOW AND PLEATED DETAILS ON BOTH THE TOP AND BOTTOM. THIS DOESN'T HAVE ANY STRETCH SO NOTE BELOW FOR SIZING. WITH THE WAY THIS WAS MADE IF NEEDED YOU COULD GET ABOUT AN INCH MORE ON BOTH THE TOP AND BOTTOM BY MOVING HOOKS TO THE EXTRA FABRIC.
