WITH AN OPEN DESIGN ON THE BOTTOM AND SWEET RUFFLED FRONT POCKETS. THERE ARE NO TAGS SO NOTE BELOW FOR SIZING. IT SEEMS TO BE HANDMADE BUT MADE VERY WELL. THERE ARE A COUPLE VERY SMALL MARKS THAT I BELIEVE WOULD COME OUT WITH A LITTLE SPOT CLEANING. THIS IS NOT SOLD WITH THE BLOUSE BUT PAIRS WITH MANY STYLES AND COLORS.
