Vintage Black and White Vinyl Raincoat | Polk-a-Dot | Long Jacket
This is a vinyl raincoat. It is black with white polk-a-dots. It snaps up in the front with a black collar. There are front pockets. This has amazing shoulder pads which I've never seen in a raincoat. Very unique and cool. It could be for a man or woman. There is no tag but this is safely a size M/L. Note measurements below for sizing.
