These are pull on western style boots by J. Jill. The foot is chestnut brown leather and the shaft is a tapestry woven cloth. They are in good gently loved condition with some markings in the leather. I'm not sure if these are actual vintage or not. They definitely have the vintage vibe but are a newer make.
