This is a very classic vintage piece. It is all sheer white and buttons up the front. There are ruffles and pleats with give it a romantic Victorian feel. The wrists are elastic and allow the sleeves to blouse. There is no size tag so note below. This would fit multiple sizes. The buttons are faux pearl and some have lost the top coating to be more of a darker shade.
