This is a red and silver striped dress or top covered with pink fringe. It is a fun and unique piece with lots of movement. The red and silver stripes are shiny and peek out when the fringe moves. I would age this around the 1960's and is in good vintage condition. It is lightweight and sheer when help to the light.
