This is a fun and unique dress! It is a rainbow melt with beaded lightning bolts all over it. This is a long gown with spaghetti straps. I'm not sure when it was made but it is newer if vintage. There is a padded bust. This is in good vintage condition. There is a small tear in the inside lining. This does not effect garment when on. Some beads may be missing that went unnoticed.
